One of the best self-help books ever written in my opinion. A lot of gems in here. Give it a read if you haven't yet! Or you can find the audiobook on Youtube.an American cosmetic surgeonWow this is a real i opener...had me looking at within me with the problems I'm facing...stopped feeling sorry for my situation and start taking action to change it...work in progress but I'm glad I read it..
Amazing book! Must read for anyone wanting to understand human psychology from the scientific angle, not so much from an emotional side.
It's a easy concept repeated and repeated throughout the book
Interesting concepts and ideas, that's for sure.
This may not be the same book. But I used a similar one to get me through high school.
