I purchased this and read it many years ago. Her tips are sweet, easy to follow and are not filled with expensive tips that most cannot afford. I read it because I enjoy this author, and I had a newly married friend wondering how to make her new home special. So I read this before recommending it to her. Yes, I did recommend this to her.Lots of foundational wisdom, not so much on decorating a home, but on how to create the atmosphere that makes the actual decor do what it was designed to do and turn the home into a welcoming place.
