Chronicle During Books Charmed (The Witch Hunter #2)
Indie has spent the last few weeks frantically searching for Paige. She's tried every spell imaginable, but witchcraft has gotten her nowhere, and she's going crazy with guilt. Despite what her warlock boyfriend, Bishop, tells her, Indie knows it's her fault her best friend was kidnapped by the Priory. And with the Priory destroyed, finding Paige feels more hopeless than ever-especially when Indie discovers that Paige isn't even on Earth. She's trapped in Los Demonios, an alternate dimension of Los Angeles filled with evil paranormals. No one who has gone there has ever come out.Fueled by terror and loyalty, Indie is desperate to find a way into the underworld prison. She'll worry about getting out later. But facing the dark world's most dangerous witches and warlocks on her own means keeping her plan hush-hush-and forging alliances with some sketchy people, including a seriously sexy sorcerer.
Sometimes a witch must keep secrets from the people she cares about most. And sometimes she isn't the only one with secrets…

I was a big fan of Hexed. I absolutely loved the book and wanted desperately to read the sequel even as I was still in the middle of reading the first. Hexed was one of those books that I just knew I was going to love, and so Charmed was already a winner for me. I couldn't wait to see what was next for Indie and Bishop (my all-time favorite love interest). And I am happy to say that I wasnt disappointed. While Hexed is my favorite of the two books, Charmed was the growth and the maturity that wasDoes anyone know if this is supposed to be a trilogy? I'm asking because this book felt like it was the end of Indie's story. There was nothing left untied or any unanswered questions and usually that makes me happy, but in this case it doesn't. Maybe because I was expecting it for it to be a trilogy and it's not? Someone let me know.If it's not a trilogy then I think it needed to be. The action in this book is amazing, but what I loved most about Hexed is how focused it was on the characters as
THIS SERIES IS EVERYTHING TO ME! I loved this book, so action packed, lots of magic and fighting! Really loved the relationship between Indigo and Bishop, he was so supportive for her and a perfect boyfriend! Loved the ending to this book!

3 one-star books in a row. WHAT THE HECK?"Charmed" has just made my new record....Is it really necessary to snap at everyone in your proximity??? IS IT???Do you need to be such a whiny, stupid and reckless damsel??? DO YOU???.That snappy mouth of yours is going to get you killed someday, Indie!Oh right... It kinda did. Almost forgot. See?. Shut the hell up, Indie! And don't freaking think either! You thinking annoyed the hell outa me!!! (*BBC's Sherlock - A Study in Pink* mode on!)
I enjoyed this book yet I hated it at the same time. Indie was painfully annoying throughout most of the book, and at one point I thought about just not reading anymore. But I hate not finishing a book. I'm not saying that it got much better, but I gave it three stars because I enjoyed the plot. I was surprised by a couple of the twists and I liked the idea of this other world. If this book was the first in a series I wouldn't continue the series, I think the fact that it was a sequel saved it.
I definitely liked Charmed better than Hexed even though I gave them both four stars.I think the reason I liked this one more is because there wasn't as much high school drama. And when there was high school drama it was coming from Bianca and not our main protagonist so I had more respect for Indigo as our lead character. I found the travel between the dimensions interesting to read about and I enjoyed jumping between Los Demonios and normal everyday life. I also really liked the character,
Okay so I know before like when I was around 80% into this book I said it was a four star read for me, well it kind of dropped to 3.5 stars as the ending, especially when all the actions was happening felt rushed to me it. It literally all happened in one chapter, okay maybe two so that's what really let me down. Other than that this series is a solid read for me, I really enjoyed it and recommend that anyone who likes witches to read this as in the end you might actually like it more than me.
