Wow!!! This book is Inspiring!!This book will surely make you consider some important things about life. Recommended!Really great read. I went through a lot of the same things the author talks about in this book so I related. She captured the essence of a lost childhood because I kept forgetting that she was talking about a teenager especially during the sex and rape scenes. I was happy she finally fought her mom back but I understand how she felt conflicted with it. I wished she would've written more to show how she got to where she is now but maybe she plans to write another one that will explain more

A good book! It was difficult to put downI bought this book on kindle not expecting much because I hadn't heard much about it but I was pleasently surprised. This book was eye opening and emotional. I wanted to know more by the time I was finished reading. I think a lot of girls nowadays can relate to a lot of things she went through. Can't wait to see if she writes a follow up.
Honest view of a childhood of abuse. This is a tough read with honest emotions. The book is very graphic and raw. It puts a perspective on abusive childhoods.
This book is an easy read and chronicles the true story of a child ...Really draws me in - highly recommended
This book was so good I read it in 3.5 hours because I really couldn't put it down. It was so detailed that I felt like I was going through it with the author. I laughed and cried. I hope she writes a follow up story because the way it's written there is more that I want to know as a reader. It discusses taboo topics like bedwetting, being diagnosed with bipolar disorder at an early age, child abuse, rape, falling in love and loss. I would recommend this book to every young lady struggling with
